User Agreement for World Document Services
1. Introduction
Welcome to World Document Services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services Offered
World Document Services specializes in providing document procurement services, including:
- Obtaining official transcripts.
- Procuring Medium of Instruction (MOI) certificates.
- Obtaining Syllabus Copies from Indian universities.
3. User Responsibilities
Accurate Information: Users must ensure all information provided for document procurement is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Compliance: Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to the use of our services.
Communication: Users must respond promptly to any communication or information requests from World Document Services to facilitate the processing of their requests.
4. Fees and Payment
Service Fees: All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the refund policy.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Direct Debit, PayPal, or other methods communicated prior to service initiation.
Overdue Payments: Payments not received by the due date will accrue interest at the lower of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law on the outstanding balance.
Suspension of Services: If an account is overdue by ten (10) days or more, we reserve the right to suspend access to services until full payment is received.
Taxes: Users are responsible for all applicable taxes or duties related to their purchases.
5. Refund Policy
We strive to offer a fair refund policy as outlined below:
Cancellation Within 10 Days: Clients requesting cancellation within 10 days of placing the order (provided no application has been filed) will receive a refund with a 10% deduction from processing charges. Full refunds of shipping charges and university fees will be issued.
Non-Existent Institutions: If the requested institution is found to be non existent or unable to issue the requested documents, the client will receive:
- A 75% refund of processing charges.
- A complete refund of university charges and shipping fees.
- No refund on GST.
Client Non-Responsiveness: If a client is unresponsive to communication or requests for information, we will send three (3) reminder emails. If there is no response, the case will be placed on hold. After 90 days of no response, the case will be closed. Reinitiation of the case will require an additional 25% of the original processing charges.
6. Data Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal data.
7. Limitation of Liability
World Document Services shall not be liable for any failure to deliver services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Strikes or lock-outs.
- System breakdowns or technical failures.
- Natural disasters or acts of God.
8. Amendments to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage users to review these Terms regularly to stay informed.
